Can Multiple Horses Share a Single FeedingMaster?

Updated: Oct 19, 2023

Ensure efficient feeding for multiple horses using the FeedingMaster. With a tailored width and grid size specifically designed for one horse, feeding multiple horses simultaneously may result in difficulties. When two horses try to eat from the FeedingMaster at the same time, they cannot position themselves directly in front of it, causing the grid bars to misalign with the natural eating movements. As a result, horses may struggle to grab roughage with their lips and experience discomfort during feeding. Typically, the dominant horse takes over the FeedingMaster, leaving the other horse to eat less easily.

To address this issue, we offer FeedingMaster models equipped with an optional synchronization module. This module allows for synchronous feeding, ensuring that all horses receive their roughage at the same time. By synchronizing multiple FeedingMasters, we eliminate the need for offering roughage in multiple places, streamlining the feeding process.
